About us
When we started Uncle Bobo's back in 2004, we wanted to reflect the fusion of our two cultures, and a blending of our past experiences. While I'm from all over the south, and Keiko is from Tokyo, we have spent years creating all kinds of fun dishes. Those dishes have certainly changed over the years. Now, our focus is on using fresher, and locally sourced ingredients, to make even more delicious, and healthier menu items.
